how to merge accounts

hi,

I was suppose to write an exam today but it did not appear on my dashboard.

called the support of the people hosting the exam and they informed me that i have two account which I was not aware of. I still do not know what the other account is.

they advised that I merge the two account but I am struggling to do so as i do not know what the other account email is.
