Teams Call getting Disconnected

Question

Hi All,

We have a weird issue that , When you are on Teams call in base machine and if you get a Teams call inside AVD at the same time , The Base Machine teams call is getting disconnected.

Just wanted to know if this is default behavior. If yes, Can anyone please share the relevant Microsoft Article on the same.

Looking forward for the solution.

Hi @Nagasai Andra

If you sign in the Teams client in two places at the same time, you will have the following behavior for calls:

1. When a user dials, you answer through one client and the other answer option disappears.
2. When another user calls you during a call, you can answer or start a new call at any time. We'll put your current call on hold and take you directly to a new conversation.
