@Vinod Survase, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, to deploy outlook clients plug-ins, you can check if here's any msi install files for these plug-ins. If there's msi installed files, you can consider deploy it via Intune LOB or win32.

Or you can contact outlook support to see if there's any PowerShell command can do this. If yes, then you can consider deploy them via PowerShell script via Intune:
