I recently changed my password in my work account. So my outlook and teams were asking to login again using the new password. However, when I enter password, it is asking code from Authenticator app. When I click on, I don’t have authenticator, it is asking for code which I do not have again because my authenticator app is not working. I have my authenticator app with me but it is asking me to login again to my work account which again asks me for a code (which I can’t use because authenticator app isn’t working). Then I tried to login in microsoft portal and to add other sign in methods but it is not giving any options. The Add button is even in gray and cannot be clicked. Please help me access my account.
