MY LENOVO Yoga c740 LAPTOP TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT WORKING.

Question

Hi there, after the last update of windows 11 my touchscreen has not worked. I contacted lenovo and they walked me through everything to get it fixed including removing the touchscreen off the device management HID. When they had me go to their website it was not even an option for reinstallation and that was the last step to try to figure out what is wrong. After that they said to take it to get repaired and they said there is nothing wrong with the computer and that maybe down the road an update will resolve this issue as it is a common issue they have seen with these laptops. Is there anything else someone could recommend. I use my computer for school and the touch screen is very important especially when it comes to assignments. Thank you in advance.
