Microsoft Teams Buffering for Years During Meetings

I have had issues with Teams buffering for years now. It's dreadful versus Zoom and Google Meet.
Every other App I utilize has zero issues with buffering, only Microsoft Teams does it.
I have reported this before, and seemingly can't get anywhere with it.
Have suggested support staff have a Teams Meeting with me so they can start to understand the issues I have during the calls, and guess what? They aren't allowed to have a Teams meeting... lol.
Continuous lists of try this and try that... Of course the issue must be at my end when it isn't. Every other App I have doesn't buffer.
My laptop isn't at the top end of the market but it does meet the necessary hardware requirements, is running Windows 10, I have Office Business 365 Premium, MBps of 37 and, very importantly, nothing else buffers like Teams.
I have uninstalled / reinstalled. Tried Teams via browser and via app... Same result... Buffering and parts of conversations dropping out.
What can I do next? Please help.
