How to download and upload xlsx

I need to upload a xlsx file to sharepoint but the file isn't in my machine, has the possibility to upload the file in base64? If this possibility is true, can you send me the curl of this request? I'm trying but when i saw the file in sharepoint i receive this error bellow. The message in this popUp means 'This workbook could not be opened because the file format may not match the file extension.'
