Merhaba,
Ben Sedef Mercan , Oracle SQL Developer editörü üzerinden çalışma yapmak istiyorum. Ama ekte buluna ekran görüntüsündeki " Kurulan bağlantı , ana makinenizdeki yazılım tarafından engellendi/iptal edildi/zorla kapatıldı gibi hatalar almaktayım. Ne yaptıysam çözümüne ulaşamadım. Şuan İşletim sistemi olarak Windows 10 pro kullanıyorum. Diğer uygulamlarımda bir sorun yok. Konunun çözümü hakkında yardımlarınızı rica ederim.

I am Sedef Mercan, I want to work on Oracle SQL Developer editor. But find the attachment in the screenshot " I'm getting errors such as the established connection was blocked/canceled/forcibly closed by the software on your host October. Whatever I did, I couldn't reach the solution. I am currently using Windows 10 pro as my operating system. There is no problem with my other applications. It was stated that the solution to the issue may not be related to oracle, but to my operating system, windows. I ask for your help.
