Booking app (IOS) not working

Question

The bookings app on my IOS phone is not working. I had the app and was working fine for 2 months, then for 3 days it was "in error" for not loading the page which did not let you edit bookings or manage the account.
I tried re-downloading the app but it will not let me log into it now.
