KB5030310 (OS Build 22621.2361) Windows 11 Enterprise N (all features missing)

I have updated to KB5030310 (OS Build 22621.2361) with Windows 11 Enterprise N

The update was success but I'm missing all the features included on this KB such as the home as shown above... (the below photo is from a Windows 11 Pro version)......

Does anyone is having same issue with Windows 11 Enterprise N ?

I had an issue while I was testing Copilot with Windows 11 23H2, and the Same KB you mentioned did not see the Copilot I had to remove the KB, restart, then install the feature update with KB. Everything worked fine. My Windows was Enterprise.

i did what you mentioned and is the same.. We are not missing just copilot. We are missing all the features included on that KB.

We Deployed 2 VMs fresh just to test this and both are presenting the same issue. KB is installed but no features.
