I have deployed GPT-4 model in Azure AI - bit it tell me it GPT-3
But when I asked it who is it?

You can get all deployed models by under Azure OpenAI Studio > Deployments page. This page displays deployment name, model name, model version etc. against the deployed models. Please refer to the below screenshot -

I have deployed it and see deployment like you sent me screen
But when I ask it about model - it write me that it GPT-3

I get your point; however, I believe as GPT-4 model is trained with data up to September 2021, and thus it's providing AI model version as GPT-3 as the model is not aware of any new model versions released after the date. Hope this clarifies your point.

I have problem also with deploy WebApp for GPT4 model - it is (picture)more than 8 hours
This is weird. In which region you are trying to deploy. It shouldn't be taking that much longer to deploy. I have tried to deploy in my environment. I have tried with Basic and S1 tier of app service plan. Which tier you are using for the deployment?
Also, when deploying, can you please try selecting any other region for the deployment?
