i can't connect to sql server management studio as it shows the error that OLE DB drivers are not installed but i installed the drivers many times

What do you mean of connect to SSMS? If possible, could you provide the screenshot of the error message?

Yes, I was having an issue with some OLE DB Drives, I don't know maybe I've deleted them accidentally in my pc. But now i resolved this issue by resetting my pc. After resetting the pc the issues solved. Anyways thanks @ZoeHui-MSFT

SSMS is just a tool, you don't connect to SSMS, you connect with SSMS to a running MS SQL Server.

Have you installed MS SQL Server database engine as well?
