    Hi @Vimesh Mohan ,

    Welcome to our Q&A forum!

The alert you are seeing in the Exchange Online Admin Center is a reminder to authenticate outbound email with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) are email authentication protocols that help prevent email spoofing and phishing attacks by verifying the authenticity of the sender’s domain.

In order to authenticate outbound email with these protocols, you need to set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for your domain. Microsoft provides detailed instructions on how to set up these protocols for Exchange Online Protection and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 in their official documentation.

Setting up these protocols will help ensure that your outbound emails are not marked as spam or blocked by the recipient’s email system. It is recommended that you take action on this alert as soon as possible to avoid any potential issues.

I'm also curious about why this is coming up when it was dene a while ago. Does it need to be redone?
