Hi,

The system message prompt is not displayed to users as it's only used to guide the bot in it's responses. I can't seem to find anywhere else to add a welcome message that can guide users on what kind of questions they can ask, etc.. ?

    Hi @Waseem

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! Thanks for posting the question.

I would recommend you provide your more explicit in the system prompt, with exact sentences saying what you want the Azure OpenAI chatbot to response. For example, the system prompt can be edited to say-

"If the user says Hi then, respond with the welcome message along with what kind of bot you are and what kind of questions you can respond to'."
