No se ejecuta VS Code después de instalarlo en Windows 10 Home

Hola, estaba instalando VS Code en una PC con sistema operativo Windows 10 y por alguna razón no abre, pero tampoco muestra algún error en una ventana emergente. Instale VS desde su página oficial, e intente varias cosas pero ninguna sirvió. Si alguien paso por lo mismo o tiene una solución, agradecería su ayuda.

Please try to run it as administrator, if this doesn't work, try to reinstall VS Code.

Besides, since Visual Studio Code(different from Visual Studio IDE) is currently not supported in the Microsoft Q&A forums, I recommend directly posting your question on Stack Overflow - visual studio code for further assistance.
