Process Explorer Feature Request - Allow ordering of system tray icons

The order of Process Explorer's system tray icons is seemingly random. They can be reordered, but only the one that's selected (click-grabbed) and regardless of where in order it's dropped, it moves to the first position. The order of the rest of the visible system tray icons is, again, seemingly random and uncontrollable.
- Allow the order of the PE system tray icons to be set, persist and be restored
- Default the order to the order of the list of tray icons in the Options menu
- Allow the order of the list of tray icons in the Options menu to be reorder via drag-and-drop, persist and be restored
- If the order of the icons in the system tray is changed via drag-and-drop, modify the order of the list of tray icons in the Options menu to match the order in the system tray
