I pinned a file to top within Teams. Now cannot find the file

Question

I selected "Pin to Top" on a file within Teams so that it would be the first option. I can no longer see that file.

That's an option for files stored in SPO/ODFB libraries, and it puts the files in a separate space on top of the screen, with a large "card". If you cannot see the file there, refresh the view, restart Teams or clear the cache. Alternatively, simply open the browser client and check there.

Can you search that file normally in Teams files tab?

Do you have the same issue in Teams web client?
