    Hello

To permanently disallow auto-connect for cellular connections in Windows 10 and 11, you can use the built-in settings. Here are the steps:

Press the Win + I keyboard shortcut or select Start > Settings (gear icon).

In the left pane, select Wi-Fi.

In the Related settings section, select Change adapter options.

In the Network Connections dialog box, double-click the relevant Wi-Fi connection.

In the Wi-Fi Status dialog box, select Wireless Properties.

In the Connection tab, clear the check box for Connect automatically when this network is in range.

Click OK to save the setting and close out of the dialog box.

Please note that these steps will need to be repeated for each network you want to prevent from auto-connecting.

If you find that your settings are not being saved and the checkbox for ‘Connect automatically when this network is in range’ is being selected again, it may be a system issue.
