Haven't got the Certificate of AZ900 Exam instead of the Passing Score & Passed Status.

Good Evening !!

I can’t see the Certificate of the AZ900 exam and also I haven’t got any confirmation email from Microsoft that I passed the exam.

Please find the attached screenshot which shows the score and Passed Status of the exam.

Kindly check it once on a priority basis and let me know if there is any issue.

Thanks for your quick response but I didn't get what you were trying to say.

Could you please help me in getting my certificate or help me in raising this issue to the Microsoft concerned Team so that I can get the certificate asap as already it has been a huge delay?

After providing the Display name and checking the Code of Conduct I clicked Finish.

What to do after that? Can we please connect to close this asap?

It should've shown the Ask a question screen after you finished your profile. Now that your profile is done, click the link I gave you again and it should show you Ask a question screen. Fill that out and click Submit. They will reply within 1 business day, so check your question periodically starting on Monday to see if they replied.

They have the ability to get your certificate to show up in your profile. They do this for people frequently.

After I clicked Finish here in this page then it got inactive and greyed out so what to do after this? Or I am doing something wrong here. PFB the screenshot for your reference. Thanks.

Okay, I understand. Every once in a while it doesn't allow someone to create their profile. What you can do is sign in using a different Microsoft account (create a free one using outlook.com or gmail.com address or other) and then use that account to ask the question.

When support moderator responds to you, you can give them the information (via private message) for the Microsoft account that your certification should be under, so don't worry that you are using different account to ask a question. You might mention to them it wouldn't allow you to finish creating your profile.

I've had several people do the above and it worked out well for them.

Amit, please keep trying different things until you can successfully ask a question in Certification forum. For example:

If you have been using Edge, try using Chrome Incognito tab. If you created new Microsoft account by creating a new outlook.com email address, try creating new Microsoft account using a gmail account that you created beforehand instead.

Try using Firefox instead of Edge or Chrome.

Instead of going directly using the link I gave you above, try deleting cookies, then navigating to https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com site, signing in, finishing profile, next click Forums menu at top, selecting Microsoft Certification, click Ask a question, etc.
