Certification failures due to product name

Hi all,
I have been trying to publish an app used to Convert PDF files to Word format, the app is appropriately named "PDF to Word Converter" but I keep getting a certification failure with the below message:
“The product name does not accurately represent the product. The product name contains the title of another piece of software or service. Please edit the Product name field in the store listings section”
The product name does represent the product (PDF to Word conversion), and for the “title of another piece of software or service” I have added a text in the store description that mentions our product is not associated with PDF or MS Word and is simply a utility tool, in addition, there are many third party PDF / MS Word utility tools already published by third parties to the MS Store, could you please help me understand what I must change the name to while keeping accurate representation of the function of the tool?

You need to change your product name into a name which is a little bit more unique.

2023-10-16T02:27:35.77+00:00 A product name contains "word" or "pdf" is allowed. But the issue for you is that your app's name is similar to other apps in the store not just include "word" or "pdf".
