My Certification does not show up in my profile

Hello,

I received a mail stating:

You’ve earned your Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification

Microsoft certification ID: 995203026

But when I look in my profile (MCID:3459380)I don't see the certification anywhere.
