I want to design, as shown below, a document library for our organization in SharePoint Online. Which SharePoint site should fully fulfil this requirement, and how will I achieve it?

    Hi @Khushboo Kumari,

    I would recommend you to use Team site. Team sites are focused on Collaboration and backed by Office 365 Groups. Communication sites are focused on broadcasting or communicating a message to a wide audience. In a team site, most users contribute content. After creating the team site, you could use following list templates:
