I recently deployed a new subscription, and resource group in UK South for testing OpenAI.

After signing up for Azure OpenAI via https://aka.ms/oai/access I received acknowledgment of access, but am unable to deploy GPT4 models.

On this page https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/introducing-gpt4-in-azure-openai-service/, it references applying specifically for GPT-4 (an https://aka.ms/oai/get-gpt4 ) but that send you on a loop back to https://aka.ms/oai/access , no matter what answers I give (at the time of writing this question it only had a yes/no answer to "Have you already onboarded to Azure OpenAI Service?", before sending you to

Any reliable info out there on where GPT-4 is available?

    Hello @Michael Catmur

Thanks for your waiting, I just got a confirmation that you don't need to apply for GPT-4 access at this moment.

Azure AI’s goal is to enable customers to transform their businesses with Generative AI with the most advanced models like GPT-4.  GPT-4 is now available to all subscriptions in the following regions.

GPT-4 Regions Available to All Azure OpenAI-Enabled Subscriptions

    ·       Canada East

    ·       Sweden Central

    ·       Switzerland North

Since you have already got the approval, you should see GPT-4 model in above regions, please let me know if this helps.

    Regards,

    Yutong
