Hi, i am trying to access the above pages as you instruct, Microsoft Certification - Transcript - Missing Exams or Certificates But it keeps asking me to create a display name although i already have one (see photo). So, i can't ask join and ask the question. Please advise,

Hi,

I can't access Microsoft Training & Support and Microsoft Certification - Transcript - Missing Exams or Certificates. it asks me to create a new profile (i already have one) and it hangs there.

My question is "I passed MS-100 and MS-101 in September 2023. I passed exam MD-102 in October 9.
When my profile on learn.microsoft.com will be updated with the certificate "Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert"?

"Recently retired exams

These exams MS-100, MS-101 have been retired within the last year. For reference purposes, we will continue to provide a link to these exam detail pages for 12 months. These exams can no longer be taken, but if a retired exam is one of the requirements for a certification that has not been retired, it can be used to fulfill the certification requirements for up to one year after it retires."
