We set up a sign up and sign in user flow in Microsoft Entra Id for external identities. Users of Tenant A could successfully sign up. However one user couldn't. When trying to login, the user gets the error, that Account does not exist in tenant. After clicking in create new, the user gets the MFA challenge of tenant A but after successful MFA he gets then redirected to the before mentioned login page with the error message that the account dies not exist in the tenant.
No guest user got created and I could not find any details in the logs.

Could you please confirm that one user which you are not able to sign into Microsoft Entra External Id is guest user in Micrsoft Entra?
Did you check the audit logs?

the user has an account (Entra user) in Tenant A and wants to sign UP using the configured user flow in Tenant B. In Tenant B there is no guet account as the sign UP process fails as described in the question. And yes I checked the Audit logs in Tenant B but could not find any log entry related to the sign UP
If you are able to sign up all the users of tenant A in Tenant B and not able to sign up only one user account. There might be reason that account has not been setup correctly in tenant A too.
I tried to sign up the user from one tenant to my customer tenant and was able to register successfully.

Yes, that's indeed possible. However the question ist how can I figure out what's wrong?
Update: today the user tried again and due to yesterdays phone switch and not yet completed authenticator app setup on the new Phone MFA didnt work. He could select another authentication method, chose passwords, entered it and the sign up process completed successfully then. Still curious how to figure out what wenn wrong in Tuesday
