Duplicate accounts - missing certifications on dashboard

Hi, I have login account for the microsoft and created a certification exam request with pearsonVue.
They have created the exam, and paid the money to them. When I login to certifications account, its not showing up.
When I call them and asked, they mentioned I have duplicate accounts, and I should request microsoft to merge the accounts. Can you please sort this issue.
