I am trying to setup a developer account subscription but since I had used my phone number in error on a different failed attempt, I am getting an error and being told I need to wait 60 days:
We can't continue with the signup process. You recently deleted your Microsoft 365 Developer Program profile and subscription. Note that we limit how frequently members can set up a developer subscription. According to our records, you must wait 60 more days to set up a new subscription。
