That what I found at this moment:
- Most likely no, the Azure Windows Server 2019 Datacenter image does not come with Microsoft Exchange installed by default. Microsoft Exchange is a separate product that must be installed and configured separately on a Windows Server.
- Most publishers, including Microsoft don't provide an explicit list of installed software on every specific image.
- You can find which software is installed on an Azure Virtual Machine by connecting to the image and checking the installed software.
