Hi! We use Microsoft Configuration Manager to remote control machines and fix issues for users. Recently, I have noticed that on occasion, when I remote control a machine, the user is unable to type. This only happens some of the time. If I disconnect the remote session, the user's keyboard starts working again. At first, I thought the "Lock Remote Keyboard and Mouse" option on the Action menu must be enabled, but when I look that option is not checked. Also, this issue only impacts the keyboard. And 100% of the time, when I disconnect, the keyboard on the remote system starts working again. In every case thus far, and there have been a couple of dozen instances now, the mouse on the remote system still works. It is only the keyboard that does not work. It seems to me that if the "Lock Remote Keyboard and Mouse" option were the issue, the remote mouse would not work either.
Any thoughts on what might be causing this behavior and how to fix it?
