How to reinstall microsoft store after windows reset

I have recently reinstalled windows on my computer and have since not been able to install microsoft store. Through previous answers I have understood that pasting "Get-AppXPackage WindowsStore -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}" in the powershell(admin) should solve the issue, but it has not. I do not receive an error, simply do not get a response.

    Unfortunately there isn't any supported way to reinstall the Windows Store if it doesn't exist.

    Reinstall is the best option,
