winui can not open exe file?

I created WinUI3.0 project and the exe file can not run ?

I clicked the exe file and nothing hanpped

I set the property of PublishSingleFile=true PublishAot=false

and rebuild it can not open the exe file too

I publish it and it can not run too

I can not run it in visual studio why?

how to run the exe file?
