account hacked - how to retrieve permanently deleted emails

Hi

My email got hacked, and they used it to hack my Facebook account

They changed my Facebook email, so I cannot change my password there

But I am supposed to get an email notification, so that I can reverse this, but they deleted this email permanently from my account.

how can I get that email back? this was a week ago.
