Serverless Cosmos DB RUs drops suddenly on contiguous requests

Hi,
We are using Serverless Cosmos DB and at times when we are dumping or reading data via a cron job, the read units drops sharply. It seems to work fine for the most part and drops suddenly after which it takes quite some time to recover. Can someone please help?

I know that performance cannot be guaranteed with serverless.. there are SLO's which I think are 15 for reads and 20 for write.
Performance for the serverless account type - Azure Cosmos DB | Microsoft Learn. Raising a support ticket is best as you can see more detailed metrics.
How much data do you have? and how you are connecting.. please share more details.
