Haven't got email from Microsoft to claim the digital badges in Credly after passing AZ-500

Hi there,

I had passed my AZ-500 exam yesterday (Sept 15th) but I haven't got any digital badge yet from Microsoft to accept in Credly. Can you help me why it is taking so much long time? For other certifications, I had received the badge within a day. My MCID no is: XYZ and email address: ******@hotmail.com
