@Kevin Martins - Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

It is confirmed that the discount voucher offer for MVTD events has already concluded, effective end of March, 2023. As of April 2023, the recently concluded events and upcoming schedules for the training no longer include vouchers, as you may have noticed in the event description and confirmation email you received, with discounts not being mentioned.

While this is true, you may want to consider participating in the Microsoft Cloud Skills Challenge | 30 Days to Learn It and get a 50% discount on selected exams.
