Windows Server 2022 Data Center - After few seconds (7-10sec) of idleness the screen goes blank and then shows the log in screen. No domain policies are loaded. I've already changed screen saver and power plan settings, but to no avail.

Any other info? Is this a new install? Have you checked the hardware supports Server 2022?

Also try from a Safe Mode boot. What roles are present?
In safe mode problem still persists. I should mention it's a vm, for roles it's just File and Storage services
I'd probably stand up a new one, patch fully and work on a migration.
