Upgrade in Place fromt Windows Server 2012 Standard to Windows Server 2022 Standard

Hi everyone

Hi want to do upgrade in place, i have iso windows Server 2022 Standard and the product key, but i can't proceed because the option to "Keep file,settings and apps" is greyed out so i can't go next.

    Generally, you can only skip one version. So, you may need to step to 2016, then to 2022, but you must use licensed install media. Evaluation media cannot be used for an in-place upgrade.
