Azure Custom Text Analytics for Health: How to send Mediacal Text files as input to the Text Analytics for Health API?

I am calling the Text Analytics for Health from Postman by uploading a medical related text file.

I have created the required keys and endpoints andd am successfully able to call the API from Postman for a single text. However when i try to attach a file and make a call, I am getting 400 Bad Request.

The error mssg has been attached herewith.

Also the corresponding cURL command of the postman request also included in the attachment.

Would appreciate assistance to fix this issue.

    The error message you shared indicates that you have an empty request sent, could you please check on the guidance to see if you have something missed?
