Identifying cause of GPU driver reset or resolution change during streaming every 5 minutes

How can I determine the root cause of interrupted video output that occurs exactly every 5 minutes when streaming remotely from my host PC using Steam Link, VNC, or GameStream? The problem only happens while streaming and not when using the computer locally. I am running Windows 11 on an Nvidia 3080 GPU, and the issue occurs at any resolution and running any program. The audio remains uninterrupted, and the interruption is only for 2-3 seconds followed by a return to normal for another 5 minutes. However, I suspect that a driver or software process might be causing the issue by triggering a video card reset or resolution change. Although Windows Event logs do not show anything unusual during these events, some Nvidia logs suggest that something is happening every 5 minutes, exactly to the milliseconds. I want to identify the source of what is triggering this problem.
