I want email notifications, but no spam.

I like to get email notification if someone responds to my questions or to my comments.

The only option I currently have is to opt in to

"Sign me up for content updates, personalized recommendations, helpful tips, and more!"

The thing is, I don't want personalized recommendations, I don't want helpful tips and I don't want 'more'.

I find it cheeky that you don't allow me to subscribe to updates on my questions and comments only.

    Do not follow tags otherwise you'll get inundated with email. Setup as below and it should work for you.

    If you want to only receive email notifications from your questions that you've asked, or comments on your questions, you could try as follows:

    Note: If you follow tags, you will receive a lot of emails.
