How do I access tablet mode in windows 11 vivo bookflip 14?

So basically when I brought my computer to the technician because it was broken, they had to reinstall the whole windows 11 vivo bookflip software so it would work. It works normally but the only problem is that my laptop can't auto go to tablet mode anymore when I flip it. It worked perfectly fine before it got broken (network driver disappeared that is why we went to a technician) but now I can't even access tablet mode.

I know it's possible since my brother has the same computer as mine and also windows 11, and when he flips it, it goes to tablet mode automatically.

How do I get the mode back?
