Setting up and managing device configurations using Intune

To clarify our issue, please check the following information:
- Please go to one affected device, check the event log under Applications and Service Logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider > Admin to see if there's any related error.
- Please check on the affected device to see if the user is already removed.
