Hi Team,

Hope you are well,

I have created a policy in Intune admin center--> end point secuirty --> account protection.

User's image

The purpose of the policy is to remove the user added in the particular security group as admin's on the device

The policy got applied on the end user on both of the user devices assigned but report comes with a error code 65000 error type 2

Is there a way to fix the error code as we need to deploy this policy for multiple users or how do we know remotely if the Policy got applied for multiple users after this assignment please, if it returns with this error?

@Venkata Gujjula, Thanks for posting in Q&A. The error code 65000 with error type 2 indicates that the policy failed to apply on the user's device. This could be due to various reasons.

To clarify our issue, please check the following information:

    1. Please go to one affected device, check the event log under Applications and Service Logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider > Admin to see if there's any related error.
    2. Please check on the affected device to see if the user is already removed.

If there's any update, feel free to let us know.
