I have setup an AVD environment and access from the Remote Desktop Client is working without any issues, we will have users connecting using a web browser. The issue we face is multiple disconnects while using the web browser

I have tried adding registry keys to control Heartbeat, but this has had no effect. I also see multiple Event log entries at the same time as the disconnects, but unable to find any information on this..

We have no issues with disconnects using the RDP desktop client.

There are no authentication issues, the desktops are all registered and show available. All required URLs are accessible from the desktop (confirmed with the URL checker)

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @Simon Magee

There are several reasons why you might be experiencing disconnects when using the web client, including network issues, browser issues, or issues with the web client itself.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check your network connection: Make sure that your network connection is stable and that you have sufficient bandwidth to support the web client. You can try running a network speed test to check your connection speed.

Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser cache can help resolve issues with the web client. Try clearing your cache and cookies and then restarting your browser.

Try a different browser: If you are experiencing issues with one browser, try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.

Check for browser extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with the web client. Try disabling any browser extensions you have installed and then restarting your browser.

Check for updates: Make sure that your browser is up to date and that you have installed any available updates.

Check the Azure Virtual Desktop service health: Check the Azure Virtual Desktop service health to see if there are any known issues that might be affecting the web client.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact Azure support for further assistance.
