Why do after some settings ALL my emails get into my junk-folder?

Hello, I receive a lot of junk mails and thats why I decided to change the settings which mails to sort into the junk folder.

Since then ALL my mails are put into the junk folder when they arrive and next to hundreds of junk mails its difficult to find the serious and trustworthy ones.

Can someone please help me and try to undo this ? 2. Also would be so grateful to get help with getting rid of so much junk.

What type of account are you using? Is it an outlook.com or hotmail.com account?

What settings have you made to filter spam?
