Slow access to files from mapped disk on hyper v

I have Windows Server 2022 on Dell R550.

On windows Server 2022 i have Hyper-V.

On Hyper-v i have guest with Windows Server 2016 which is Domain Controller and Active Directory.

I found out that mapped drive from hyper-v Windows Server 2016 is very very slow and one small file open 5 minutes +.

I dont know why and whats going on.

If i do mapped drive from phyiscally server (windows server 2022) it works good

I disabled VMQ on host and guest RSC on host and nothing. But i didnt reboot host
