I am unable to locate the Enterprise applications under Identity tab in Microsoft Entra Admin centre, when i tried to grant admin consent for permissions. Please let me know is there any alternate way to provide admin consent for API permissions

In Entra, I am unable to access user section and roles. It says no access.

please try an Azure Entra ID user with the required permissions/member in an admin role.
