Information send from Azure Form Recognizer Containers to Azure Billing

We are using Azure Form Recognizer Container services (/form-recognizer/document-3.0 and /form-recognizer/layout-3.0).
Some information is sent from those Microsoft containers to Azure for billing purpose as shown by the following parameter in your documention (billing=https://formrecognizerzanrantest.cognitiveservices.azure.com/).
As our customers are financial companies with strict data privacy regulation, can you confirm that no information/data from within the document being processed is sent to Azure billing platform? Thank you

    @28973557 Containers must be enabled to always communicate billing information with the billing endpoint only. Azure AI containers don't send customer data, such as the image or text that's being analyzed, to Microsoft. Please see the same confirming in the documentation.

    During the configuration of your container, the data mounts are setup for source and target on your machine. These are the only locations where your data resides and it is not sent to MS for any other purposes. Thanks!!
