Hello,

A manager wants his assistant to be able to organize a meeting on his behalf. She already has a delegated access to his calendar in Outlook as an Author. The problem is that this way she can see all his meetings, and this is not necessary.

Is there a way this access to be limited?

The manager can mark any appointment/meeting they don't want the delegate to see as "private", and make sure to uncheck the corresponding flag when configuring the delegate permissions. Other than that, there is no way to provide visibility to just some of the meetings within this calendar. Well, I suppose he can consider creating another calendar specifically for sharing with the delegate.
