How come I get the voucher of 30 day challenge in my email, but when registry on the exam, it says my email doesn't have associated voucher?

Hi,

I attended the 30 days challenge. I received the voucher yesterday. And I wanted to register for the exam, but when I type in my email address, the system could't find any related vouchers.

Could anyone help me with this?
