Hi all,

I resolve the issue by uninstalling the MS teams app and deleting the Teams folder in the location below:

Go to Go > Go To Folder > Type in:

~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft

Thanks

Bradley

Well done - I went through a thorough inventory of all Microsoft Teams folders throughout my hard drive and dumped them all in the trash.  Then took the opportunity to re-install Teams yet again.  That did the trick!  Thank you.

Doing the same with another app that has similar behavior - Citrix Workspace.  Still pending...

I have discovered that you just need to :

    1. Close Teams
    2. Delete Teams folder under /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/
    3. Open Teams

    No need to re-install.

I, too, am having issues with this.  I can login to Chrome (teams.microsoft.com) but cannot login with Teams App on Mac.  It requires me to enroll (InTune) but I already have.  I am the admin of my tenant.  Please advise.

Hello Bradley, my name is Farah and I'm an Independent Adviser. I can help you regarding this problem

were you able to sign in before in Teams using your credentials?

403 error means no permission or access forbidden.

Can you also try signing in using the web console? https://teams.microsoft.com/

Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes.

    Cheers!

    Farah

I too am experiencing this issue....  I have been since I upgraded to Catalina OS.  I am able to login via Chrome (with limited features) and I have re-installed many times.  Given the nature of this issue involves security access - I want to validate if my organization is restricting ALL access - affecting my ability to load on my personal Mac (although authentication and MMA were accepted) <OR> I have been unsuccessful thus far identifying if there are any controls in MacOS security blocking the ability to load.  I have no AV loaded.

    Any insights to the latter?
